SCOTS-born composer Patrick Doyle has worked on films such as Bridget Jones' Diary and Gosford Park, but everything he has done is dwarfed by his current project.
For Patrick is supplying the score to one of the most eagerly-awaited films of recent years - Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.
Patrick, from Uddingston, is following in the footsteps of the legendary John Williams, who wrote the scores for the previous three Potter hits.
"John is an incredibly busy composer, and as a composer there can sometimes be terrible clashes in your schedules, and you can't do everything," said Patrick.
So the producers approached the affable Scot - and they couldn't have picked a better man for the job.
Patrick is highly regarded in the industry, with directors such as Kenneth Branagh and Brian de Palma going on record about his talents.
